1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and its services ('Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

This Service provides a web-based platform with various features and functionalities as described on our website. The specific features available may vary based on your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Some aspects of our Service are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described in our pricing plans
  • Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Be responsible for all charges incurred under your account

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

4a. Subscription Box Terms

  • Each box contains 3–4 products at 4 oz each.
  • Price: TBD.
  • A $1 waitlist fee is charged to confirm you are a real person.
  • The $1 waitlist fee is applied toward the total box price — it is not added on top.
  • The remainder of the box price will be charged to your card by October 20th.
  • Subscriptions must be canceled within 30 days prior to the new season rollover.
  • The first box is available for November–January, or until we run out.
  • Any orders placed after we run out will roll over into the following seasonal box, launching in March.
  • For the Springtime box (March), subscription cards will be charged in full by January 15th.
  • If a payment fails, a retry will be attempted within three business days.
  • If the retry is also declined — a second consecutive failed payment — the customer is removed from the purchase list and must reapply to receive any future boxes.

4b. Returns, Refunds and Recycling

Return window. You have 30 days from delivery to contact us about an order. Because products ship from our supply partners, get in touch first and we will email you the correct return address — please do not send anything back before then.

Refunds. A full refund is issued only if the product caused an allergic reaction or arrived broken or damaged. For any reason other than an allergic reaction or a broken product, no refund will be issued.

Store credit. If a product is simply unsatisfactory for a reason not listed above — that is, it did not cause an allergic reaction and did not arrive broken — you will receive store credit to purchase other products instead of a refund.

Recycling return program. We use eco-friendly packaging that can be recycled. Once you have collected 3 or more products and/or packaging items, you can request a prepaid return label and ship them back to us, and we will recycle them on your behalf.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Create passes that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate the privacy rights of others

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an &aposAS IS&apos and &aposAS AVAILABLE&apos basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • That defects will be corrected
  • That the Service is free of viruses or harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in any content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
