What you are signing up for.
- Each box contains 3–4 products at 4 oz each.
- Price: TBD.
- A $1.00 waitlist fee is charged to confirm you are a real person.
- The $1.00 waitlist fee is applied toward the total box price — it is not added on top.
- The remainder of the box price will be charged to your card by October 20th.
- Subscriptions must be canceled within 30 days prior to the new season rollover.
- The first box is available for November–January, or until we run out.
- Any orders placed after we run out will roll over into the following seasonal box, launching in March.
- For the Springtime box (March), subscription cards will be charged in full by January 15th.
- If a payment fails, a retry will be attempted within three business days.
- If the retry is also declined — a second consecutive failed payment — you will be removed from the purchase list and must reapply to receive any future boxes.
The $1.00 fee is credited toward your first box.
How we choose what we sell
We curate. We do not manufacture.
Emberly does not run a factory, and we will not pretend otherwise. We source from established makers, read every ingredient list before a product joins the range, and publish it in full. What we control is the standard — and that standard is exactly why the range is this short.
Curated against one standard
Every Emberly product is selected by our team against a single clean-label standard. Nothing joins the range until we have read its full ingredient list and used it ourselves.
Sourced from vetted makers
We do not manufacture. We work with a short list of established makers who will disclose exactly what goes into a formula — if a supplier will not, we do not carry the product.
Clean-label, in plain English
The full INCI list plus a plain-English translation of what each ingredient does and why it is in there. If we cannot explain it in one sentence, it does not go in.

Selected, then tested
We shortlist products with a short, defensible ingredient list, then put them in front of a panel of 60 volunteers before either one joins the range.

We restock in small runs against real demand rather than buying a year of stock. Nothing sits in a warehouse losing potency.

Packed to be recycled
We use eco-friendly packaging that can be recycled. Once you have collected 3 or more products or packaging items, request a prepaid return label and we will recycle them on your behalf.

Shipped carbon-neutral
Orders leave our fulfillment partner within 24 hours on carbon-neutral ground shipping, with the full ingredient list printed right on the packing slip.

Each model leaves something on the table. Open marketplaces carry everything and vet little. Scaled brands are consistent but rarely clean-label. Independent makers are wonderful but hard to buy from twice. Emberly is a short, vetted range built in the gap between them.

You have 30 days from delivery to get in touch. What you get back depends on why the product is coming back:
Allergic reaction or arrived broken
Full refund
If a product caused an allergic reaction, or arrived broken or damaged, you get a full refund of what you paid for it.
Simply unsatisfactory
Store credit
For any other reason — it did not cause an allergic reaction and did not arrive broken — we issue store credit toward other products. No refund is issued in that case.
Products ship from our supply partners, so contact us first and we will email you the right return address — please do not send anything back before then. Read the full returns and refunds terms.

The things people ask first.
It means the full ingredient list is on the label and on the product page, every ingredient is there for a functional reason we can explain in one sentence, and we exclude sulfates, parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrance and PEGs. No proprietary blends and no “fragrance” catch-all.
No — we curate. Emberly does not manufacture anything in-house. We select clean-label products from vetted makers and they ship to you from our supply partners. What we control is the standard: full ingredient disclosure on every product, and nothing in the range we have not used ourselves.
Apply on our affiliate page and we email your personal link and code once you are approved. Commission is set by the value of each order you refer: 10% below $500, 15% from $500 to $999.99, and 20% on orders of $1,000 and above. Referrals are tracked for 90 days and payouts are sent monthly via Zelle or Cash App once your balance reaches $50. There is no inventory to buy and no minimum order requirement — ever.
Send it back to us. We use eco-friendly packaging that can be recycled, and once you have collected 3 or more products or packaging items you can request a prepaid return label from your account or by emailing us. Ship the items back in one go and we will recycle them on your behalf — at no cost to you.
The box price is still to be confirmed, so nothing beyond the $1 waitlist fee is charged until we publish it. That $1 fee is applied toward the total box price — it is not added on top. The remainder is charged to your card by October 20th for the first box, and by January 15th for the Springtime box in March. If a payment fails we retry it within three business days; if that retry is also declined — a second consecutive failed payment — the customer is removed from the purchase list and must reapply to receive any future boxes.
We ship across the 50 US states. Orders placed before 2pm PT leave our fulfillment partner the next business day on carbon-neutral ground shipping, typically arriving in two to five days. Shipping is a flat $9.80 for standard-weight orders and $13.42 for heavy orders — heavy means the order contains a candle or another item in our heavy weight band.
Tell us within 30 days. Refunds are issued only if the product caused an allergic reaction or arrived broken or damaged. For any reason other than an allergic reaction or a broken product, no refund is issued — if a product is simply unsatisfactory for another reason, we issue store credit you can put toward other products instead. Because products ship from our supply partners, get in touch first and we will email you the right return address — do not send anything back before then.
